We have had a pretty relaxing weekend so far. Yesterday we attended a farewell party for a set of our neighbors. The party was great because not only did our small little group of American neighbors attend but so did a few of our German neighbors. It was a pretty laid back affair just a few patio tables, a grill, some brats and a keg of beer added up to be a great evening.
I did learn yesterday that the more you drink the more universal your language becomes. It doesn't matter if you can speak English or German because the universal language of a drunk is the same. Needless to say we had a great time and we have made a neighborhood pack of doing this at least once a month :)

I agree with the language thing. It's pretty funny to watch a bunch of drunk Americans & Germans talking isn't it?? LOL
