We're still alive no need to send a search party. Things have been extremely hectic here for all of us. So what have we been up too:
~P- Is very busy with work. He also has begun working on finishing school once again.
~S- Is in just about every school activity you can think of from chorus to student council to Girl Scouts. It is GS cookie time too so if anyone wants some GS cookies let me know. I got suckered into being the cookie mom.
~Z- Is busy as well. He is still doing Boy Scouts and is now in Karate classes.
~Me- I'm about to pull my hair out with school. I have a very full load this semester and two of the classes are extremely demanding. I added on another minor so this added a few more classes. I should be finished this coming fall with my degree but I think I'm going to stretch it out to spring. I really want to go home for graduation and Christmas time is a horrible time to try to head back to the states so I decided to prolong school an additional semester so I can graduate in the spring. My degree will be in Health Services Administration with a minor in Health Information Management and Public Administration. I'm still volunteering at the school several days a week but I'm thinking of scaling that back due to school this semester.
I'm also in the process of looking into graduate school. I think I am going to stay with UCF. I have been extremely happy with them and their Master in Health Services Administration (MS-HSA) is one of only a handful of accredited programs in the US through CAHME and CAHIIM (major accrediting bodies in my line of work). I haven't ruled out going for a MPA either (Masters in Public Administration). UCF has a great name in the health care field especially now with their new medical school and research center being built in Orlando, so I feel it is safe to stay with them.
That is what is new with us. We have a few trips lined up in the upcoming months one in Feb and another in April. I will be sure to post pics from our adventures.

Time to Hit the Books!
Now that the holidays are over it is about that time to hit the books. This semester should be one of the most interesting in my long college career. I have a VERY full load this semester 18 credit hours.
What am I taking?
Health Information Management Systems- 3 credit hours
Long Term Care and Administration- 3 credit hours
Principals of Managed Care- 3 credit hours I am so dreading this class. It will be the 4th time I have had this one particular professor and he is very difficult.
Epidemiology- 3 credit hours.
ICD-9 and ICD-10 Coding Procedures with online lab- 6 credit hours. Yes, this class definitely plans to be a thorn in my side this semester.

Happy New Year!!!
We're back!!!
I hope everyone had a safe and Happy New Year :)
We had FANTASTIC TIME!!! I don't even know where to begin or what to share. The experience as a whole was AWESOME! We fall in love with the Garmisch area more and more every time we go.
The hotel had a FANTASTIC New Year's Eve party complete with free childcare and fireworks! We picked the kids up at 1130 and rang in the New Year together toasting with champagne and soda for the kiddos.
As always we had a fabulous view from our room..
The kids got in PLENTY of snowball fights. I don't think there was a time they stepped out the door without playing in the snow.
Here's a few more pics from our travels this weekend. Can you see why we love it there?
As you can see we had a fun filled action pack New Year's :)
